Mr. Chang has been in the investment field of over 20 years. Mr. Chang is the licenses holder of S-7, S-63, S65 besides Principal licenses of S-4, S-24, S-27 and S-55.
Mr. Chang has extensive experience in investment analysis, Account Executive training and supervising and is responsible for human resource, strategic, marketing, financial and information technology management of the Company.
Mr. Chang obtained an MBA degree from the University of New Mexico.
